A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Barge, on the water in a boat

Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy). A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
