The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

The Terrace Overlooking the Lake

House on three levels with terrace, balcony, garden. Great location overlooking the lake, immersed in nature in the chestnut woods. For those who love hiking, there are several trails marked to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can practice canoeing, wind surfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places of the lake both Italian and Swiss.

Inside the house you will find all comforts and equipment.A few minutes drive from the villa you will find restaurants and downtown Colico with bars and markets. To reach the villa there is a road that runs along the lake, particularly low cars may have difficulty. Occupancy tax is required. We speak English and German!

Beautiful villa with lots of charm and space and wonderful views of the village and the mountains. The residential area couldn't be better. Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
