The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

It is an 80m2 attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hall, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room / WC, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (WC / bathtub / washing machine) and folding bed if required. Monoblock air conditioning box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Central apartment in Bad Tölz

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Also ideal for nature lovers and athletes!

The 25 sqm furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a tiled stove, a guest Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and also has separate access.
