Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vecindario

We spent 3 peaceful nights here with our 7 old daughter. There are 97 steps to climb from street level - to the front door - but this provided a fun counting game and the reward is an incredible view from the top of the surrounding mountains and sea. The terrace is generous in size and equipped with table and sun loungers, our daughter loved the little plunge pool! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

Alles war perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung, die wir in dieser Form noch in keiner Unterkunft hatten und wir sind wirklich schon viel gereist. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause. Das Haus selbst ist auch toll, bietet alles was man sich für einen angenehmen Urlaub wünscht und war einwandfrei sauber. Super war natürlich auch die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Bett im großem Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem und man hat eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kissen, dies hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, wir konnten immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der dazugehörige Parkplatz super. Ohne Auto muss man allerdings gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großartig, Airfryer, Sandwichmaker, Mixer, Toaster, Milchaufschäumer etc. Eine Grundausstattung an Haushaltsartikeln war vorhanden. Die Geräte und Gläser waren leider nicht sauber, diese haben wir nochmal gereinigt. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche war etwas schwankend. Besonders schön fanden wir die Terrasse, die Sonne scheint dort ab ca. 10:30. Es gibt auch eine Sportmatte und Badehandtücher. Im allgemeinen würden wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Una estancia perfecta. Adrian es muy simpatico y la casa es muy bonita y comoda. Y tiene todo lo que necesito.

we travelled as a family and hired a car. the property has ample parking and is in a lovely quiet cul de sac, yet just a few minutes from major road routes. There are some great bars, restaurants and shops withing walking distance including a big supermarket. our kids absolutely loved the pool and the photos do not do it justice. The property had everything we needed for self catering, with a great outside dining area. It's one of the best holiday homes I've stayed in, and I would use it again if I returned to Gran Canaria.

We had a lovely stay at this bungalow, beautiful location, lovely garden with private terrace for sunbathing and eating outside. Fabulous sea view. Private secure parking , fabulous location for a quiet break. Francesco was lovely and very responsive if needed . Thank you Francesco , we will be back 😄

Das grosse Plus des Hauses ist der private Garten und die totale Ruhe, die ich zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt erleben konnte. Ein Auto bräuchte man definitiv nicht, wenn man nicht die Insel erkunden möchte. Alles was man braucht, gibt es in der Umgebung : Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bars, ... Zum Strand muss man zwar schon etwas laufen, aber auch kein Problem. In der Anlage gibt es einige Pools, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Im Haus konnte man eigentlich alles finden, was man so braucht : Kaffeekapselmaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, sogar einige Gewürze, Tücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmaterialen aller Art, Waschmaschine,... Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Nacht immer angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Privatsphäre und Sicherheit sind garantiert. 2 Mal allerdings stand ein Gärtner in dem abgeschlossenen Bereich und bewässerte den Rasen. Das hatte man mir nicht mitgeteilt. Sonst lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter aber einwandfrei.

Die Unterkunft von Beatriz war wirklich perfekt. Alles war super sauber und eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt und es hat nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil: Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir Brot, Schinken, Käse, Wasser, Milch und Äpfel in der Wohnung vorgefunden, was uns bei unserer späten Anreise gerettet hat. Es gab einen Haartrockner, Handtücher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und sonst alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Beatriz hatte einen Ordner, in dem Restaurants und Einkaufsläden empfohlen wurden. Sie war außerdem super lieb zu uns. Alles hat super gepasst, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il posto è meraviglioso, addormentarsi con le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Molto Pulito e davvero ben tenuto sia l’ alloggio che tutto il contesto intorno, spazi comuni, spiaggia. Lidia molto gentile e veloce nelle comunicazioni.

We recently stayed in the apartment for 10 days and we're really pleased with it. It was bright, clean and comfortable. It was in a fantastic position near everything but still quiet, We would definitely stay there again and our hostess, Alicia, is really nice and also very accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip.

I read the reviews on Pedro's apartment before I booked all the Excellent reviews he has received are 100% accurate. We had a wonderful holiday and the view's from the balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and furbished with everything you needed. The beach is right on your doorstep. The shopping centre is a five minute walk away, with 3 supermarkets, pharmacy, shops and approximately 40 restaurants, catering for all tastes. Pedro was very easy to deal with and it was a pleasure to meet him and Roy. we will definitely come back again. Thank you Pedro & Roy.

We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

Vår värd var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig! Perfekt läge på boendet, nära stranden, lugnt, hjälpsamma i receptionen, jättefin pool, vacker trädgård. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Great location and a fantastic apartment! Everything as expected, nice big bed, and a good shower with decent water pressure (which is not always the case in Gran Canaria). Huge balcony too - it is in the shadow for most of the day but you can enjoy the sun in the pool area. The swimming pool itself not extremeley clean, however that is not down to the host. Would stay here again.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!

Mijn gezin(man, vrouw, 2 kids van 5 en 8) hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Het is niet al te groot maar voor 4 man prima. Zwembaden zijn groot en er zijn ligbedden voldoende. Het is een paar minuten lopen naar de restaurants en het strand. Er zijn voldoende (strand)handdoeken beschikbaar. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar plaatsjes in de buurt. Als ik 1 punt van aandacht zou mogen geven dan zou een klein boekje/foldertje met wat advies over goede restaurantjes in de buurt en leuke activiteiten en tips een leuk pluspunt zijn. Er zitten hele grote verschillen in prijs en kwaliteit van de restaurants in de buurt en zonde als je bij de verkeerde binnen stapt. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Valentino en Fernando op loopafstand. En daarnaast goed gegeten bij Sol&Luna in Puerto de Mogan. Daarnaast is het leuk om de ferry te pakken naar Mogan of Puerto Rico. Dit kost weinig en je kan vlakbij opstappen.

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Alles super, alleen parkeren kan wat lastig zijn als je laat terugkomt, maar verder alles top.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Monica war perfekt. Es war super, dass es ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu Essen und zu Trinken im Apartment hatte. Alles war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Sogar Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, Poolanlage sauber und schön und der Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einen Parkplatz haben wir auch immer gefunden, wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und kostenlos. Würden es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Wie haben 17 Tage in Marias Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und die Küche super ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort Salinetas hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Ein netter Ort mit einem tollen Strand. Bäckerei ist direkt nebenan und ein Spar ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
