The charming cottage cottage is located next to our house in a private forest and dune area of 5,500m2. It is about 55m2, and has a private terrace. In the forest garden is a natural swimming pool and a veranda with outdoor kitchen. Downstairs in the cottage house is living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Stairs lead up to the bedroom. We sometimes rent our house for photo shoots.

When you stay in our attractively furnished summer house in the always pleasant Wijk aan Zee, you have the entire house at your disposal, and you can completely relax. Wijk aan Zee is a lively place where there is always something going on. Walking on the beach or in the North Holland dunes is possible within a few minutes from our residence. The house has a lovely box spring bed, sitting area with TV, dining area, kitchen and separate bathroom. There is a private outdoor area with garden bench.

Achter kijkt het appartement uit op de duinen, waar u regelmatig herten kunt zien. Het mooie, brede strand is op 1 minuut loopafstand, uitstekend geschikt om lange wandelingen te maken of uw hond te laten rennen, te kitesurfen of gewoon lekker bij een strandtent van een hapje of drankje te genieten. S'avonds kunt u vanaf het balkon, genieten van de zonsondergangen

Het huisje heeft een airco die kan verkoelen en verwarmen. Ideaal voor de koude en warme dagen. Voor iedereen de ideale, rustige uitvalsbasis om de mooie natuur in de directe omgeving te verkennen. Lopend, fietsend of welke andere buitenactiviteiten dan ook. Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Haarlem op 25 min. afstand.
