Beautiful apartment (35 m²), close to the beach. You are in the middle of the action without using the car: beach, market and city center only 10 minutes' walk, bike paths almost outside the door. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, it is located in a quiet residential area of Montalivet. Welcome to La Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, rejuvenating and relaxing vacation with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!

Beautiful apartment with sea views in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean views)
