The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). Enjoy the pleasures of the Vendee coast!! This stone villa has been fully renovated to bring space, brightness and comfort. The parking spot, enclosed garden, and bike shed will contribute to your serenity. Located in the old Croix De Vie, on foot or by bike, you can do your market, walk through the alleys and the pedestrian street, or enjoy the beaches and restaurants easily. The train station is 170 meters away.
