Holiday rentals with a patio in Venetian Lagoon

Great place to stay. Apartment Wes very clean and had everything you need. I would stay again.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

Beautiful modern, spacious apartment. Everything you need to make it home-from-home, no need to bring anything.

The stay was very quiet and beautiful. We were able to use the bikes and explore the area at any time. We also often stayed in the long and deep pool and got tips on how best to get to the ferry/ Venice. This was also not far away by car. Aircon worked well. Both are very understanding and take good care of one. Soraia always tried to help us with questions as much as possible. The accommodation is not located in the center of Touri, which we found very pleasant, but is still close enough to everything. Can only recommend the apartment!

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay and we would do it all again

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Our stay in Padua was marvellous. The notes and advice from our hosts, Renato and Elisabetta helped us get about, notably where to visit in such an historic city and also where to eat. Invaluable..!! We were very comfortable in the apartment that was fully equipped, very clean and it was within easy walking distance of local shops and monuments in the city centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nicola was very accommodating and very friendly! We enjoyed the place so much. We felt very comfortable. It was clean and super modern. The location is also great, it's quiet and lying in a nice area. Lido de Jesolo is about 7 minutes by car. We can only recommend the place.

Nice, cozy and very well equipped house near the sea. Angelica was quick to respond and helpful. Recommended 🙂

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

It was a fantastic stay in a sweet house with large garden, garden furniture, pool. In the house, everything is lovingly decorated and well thought out. Sea, shops, restaurants are minutes away. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Alberto is always easily available and very helpful. Check-in was totally straightforward and possible earlier. Highly recommended

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Stefania's place and it was like coming home again. A nice place in a quiet area and nicely centrally located in the Veneto region. And Stefania's a great hostess. We'll be back!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

Our great 7-day stay in Venice. Our accommodation with 1 caretaker perfectly located and accessible by boat Alilaguna bus when arriving from the airport ( flat rate 27 euros A/R with a stop at the San Stae station 200m from our address) We were greeted by Anna very warmly in French. She gave us some good tips and good addresses from MOCENIGO restaurants 2 steps from our accommodation. Also 1 co-op . The apartment on the 2nd floor was very nice comfortable overlooking a small bridge and canal (2 sets of keys ) no elevator . We can move from our pier San Stae easily with the ACTV vaporettos for the MURANO and BURANO islands with 2-day pass (35 th) . Transport being very expensive we continued our walking tours, a map and a good GPS are de rigueur, the alleys of Venice a real labyrinth ). Be careful on the bus pick pocket boat even the most knowledgeable. We strongly recommend this property .

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). Emanuele set the bar very high! 🙂 Congrats, we are delighted with our stay!

Had a lovely stay. Very helpful hosts and quiet neighbourhood.

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

Host always responsive and very helpful in making information. Great location to reach Venice by bus. Availability of a large supermarket nearby for any need. Apartment as in the photos, clean and tidy. We had a great time. I recommend it!
