Ca'del Mariner, a Cozy Venetian Retreat with Rooftop Terrace

Cozy up with a book, have breakfast and dinner taking in the remarkable view of Venice bell towers and canals, on fantastic rooftop terrace of this beautiful and cozy apartment filled with furniture and ornaments from local artisans and Murano glass factories. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number: M0270428520 The apartment is situated in Santa Croce district, only a few steps from the lively S.Giacomo da l'Orio Square which is renowned for being one of the most picturesque and popular areas of Venice where locals gather to socialise and gossip. The flat is on the third and last floor of a building located in Corte dei Mercanti, a small and cozy square situated about 10 minutes far from the Rialto Bridge and - going to the opposite direction - only 15 minutes far from Venice S.Lucia railway station. The apartment, recently restored, incorporates the concept of a typical Venetian house which reflects both in the furniture and in its architectural structure. While renovating, attention was paid to recreate and maintain the spirit and atmosphere of the Venetian merchants who livened up this area for decades. Furthermore, furnishings are a work of art as it comes from handy work of local artisans and Murano glass factories. The flat offers a 360° view as it boasts windows on each side and it develops on two levels: the main floor where the living/kitchen areas, the bathroom as well as the bedroom are situated, and the upper floor which hosts a relaxing area and a rooftop terrace. The entrance door gives access to the roomy and luminous living area is decorated with three-colour wallpaper and infused by natural light thanks to four windows. The space also includes a comfy sofa, a television and a tea table. Straight ahead, the wide and functional kitchen completes the area. It has classic style custom-made furniture which includes a slate top and details made of pewter. All appliances and a classy wooden table - which seats four - finish the furnishings. The bathroom with shower and a comfortable bedroom complete the main floor. Here, a double bed, a bridge wardrobe and a couple of reading lights furnish the space which is decorated with floral wallpaper and other decorative elements that recall the thousand-year old relationship existing between Venice and the Far East. The ceiling highlights once again the original structure of the building and a lovely skylight ideally extends the room towards the sky. A stairway made of Venetian grey granite leads to the upper floor where, nestled it the eaves of the roof, an air-conditioned reading area finds place. It represents the ideal place where to relax lay on the sofas. The loft also offers a terrace which overlooks the surrounding roofs and bell towers, among which the S.Maria dei Frari and S.Mark's ones. This sunny area is equipped with fine teak chairs and table for four to enjoy unique breakfasts, sunsets, sunrises or a romantic dining under the stars. All the apartment is available for my guests Yes, I, my niece or my cousin will be available during your stay for all info you need and to help you Ca' del Mariner is located on the Corte dei Mercanti, that is a small, cozy square about 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes from St Mark's Square and 10 minutes from Venice train Station. The Santa Croce district is the heart of everyday Venice, is the Neighborhood, where Venetians live, far from noisy of touristic flow, but, in the meantime, really close to the main Venetian attractions. Santa Croce district offers a variety of bar, clubs, good restaurants and shops. M0270428520 It is possible to reach the flat by regular water bus getting off at "S.Stae" stop. Here ACTV line number 1 and airport shuttle Alilaguna Orange line stop. This is the closest water bus stop which is located 2 minutes far from the apartment (no bridges to cross). The railway station Venezia-Santa Lucia is easily reachable in only 15 minutes on foot, while Venice bus terminal and parking garages are only 20 minutes far. The apartment has a SUPER WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION 200 MEGA The apartment is decorated with many valuable antique and modern pieces. The owner is delighted to share them with you, but you are asked to respect and take care of them. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but it is allowed only on the terrace. Please note that the price does not include the city tax which has to be paid in cash on arrival. It varies according to the number of people, nights of your stay and season (low or high). Moreover, in case of a late check-in after 9 pm an additional charge is applied (to pay in cash only).

The apartment, in the real centre of Venice, presents a classical venitian plan with a very spacious and central living-room (50 square meters) withbalcony on a lovely canal and 4 large rooms on sides(2 on each side). At the moment it is composed of 3 large bedrooms (20-25 square metres each) with 3 bathrooms en-suite, a large kitchen with table for 8 people and 4 bathrooms with showers. The location, the large spaces available are unique and rare for an apartment in the centre of the city.

Santa Marina Apartment

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

Top location. Brand new & elegant apartment with great canal view. First floor, about 90 sq mtrs. Only 2 minutes walk to San Marco Square and 5 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge, this spacious brand new and fully equipped apartment has a great canal view and gondolas can often be seen passing peacefully by. Two large cosy double bedrooms (one of them with a small balcony with water view), a generous living area, a brand new & functional kitchen with a dining table, two full bathrooms.

3 bathrooms ! New luxury apartment with canal view

Renovated with quality materials, design furniture and very comfortable! 2 bathrooms in the room plus a third bathroom are a rarity. Furthermore the area is very central (5 minutes from Rialto) but very quiet. The underlying canal with continuous passage of gondolas is a delight for guests.
