The rooms guarantee maximum comfort, they are bright and spacious. The first has a very large double bed and the other two very comfortable single beds. You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free [luggage deposit is next door, 10 meters]. ONLY FOR YOU: Handy! A smartphone that provides a digital guide of Venice, with unlimited calls and internet even outside home. You can always contact us for information, tickets and much more. We are better than a concierge. Popular with natives, Castello is the liveliest area in Venice. The property is a 2-minute walk from the Ospedale stop and there's a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and local taverns within 500m. Rialto and St Mark's Square are 5 minutes away. You can reach the apartment: - by water taxi (arrival directly in the living room) - public transport (waterbus stop 400 meters away, no bridges) It's ground floor flat, you can easily reach by foot or by canal (with taxi). The waterbus stop is about 400 meters away, without bridges. TOURIST TAX: 4€ per person (12 years or more) per night [not included]. The tax must be paid to the municipality of Venice.
