Holiday rentals with breakfast in Venezia

A peaceful Venice neighborhood, filled with beautiful discoveries, excellent local restaurants away from tourism-focused shops. But also located very close to a bus boat station to visit all the main attractions of Venice. And the apartment is simply lovely. Antonella gives us thoughtful recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at Mariangela’s place! She is an exceptional host - warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. The house is spotless and beautifully kept, and the room was just perfect: clean, cosy, and with a very comfortable bed. Noale is such a charming little, peaceful town. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

From the beginning to the end of the holiday, Paola was always there for us with valuable tips. She and her sister Silvia are soooo warm hosts, we didn't lack anything. The room and the bathroom were top notch and in impeccable condition. Whenever we had a question, Paola immediately answered us helpful with her so charming and hospitable manner. The breakfast, for which everything was always ready, with homemade cake and delicious coffee, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit, always made us start the day. In short: like a vacation with friends ❤️❤️ To Treviso you can walk about 13 minutes, everything is easily accessible from the train station, Venice in about 35 minutes by train for €4. Thanks for having us 🙏🥰

Very nice apartment in a very nice area and easy to access. We had a great time with the family (with 2 teenagers). Restaurants and shops are nearby as well as the stops of Vaporeto. I would this property.

Exceptional experience! The house is perfectly cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with all the comforts, including breakfast and basic necessities. In addition to enjoying tranquility and absolute peace, the location of the house allows you to easily reach Venice and Padua by car. Sara was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.

The place had vert tasteful decor. Much nicer than the pictures. Francesca met us at the boat stop and was very helpful and friendly. Great restaurants nearby, great location coffee right next door I loved staying here.

This was our third stay with Adriano and as always it was fantastic. He is a great host who is responsive and always available. The location is perfect as it is on a quiet canal but easily accessible to everything Venice has to offer. Adriano set up an early morning water taxi to the airport and even met us at 6:00am to say goodbye and make sure we got off okay. The price is right, the location is great, and we think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer host. He treats us like family and the fact that we have chosen his place three times says it all. Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Venice, the apartment location is amazing, right in one of the best streets and 2 min walk from San Marcos. It is magical to stay in that location. The apartment has exactly what you need. I would love to come back!

Beautifully renovated apartment within 5 minutes walk into the heart of Venice. Guido was really helpful giving clear instructions on how to get from the airport to the apartment, well in advance of our arrival and one of his colleagues even came to meet us to let us store our luggage until the apartment was ready. If you are coming to Venice, would definitely recommend staying here, couldn't ask for a better host.

Staying at Elide's is like staying at home. In fact, the BbB consists of two rooms and a small entrance where the coffee machine is located and where breakfast is served (but it must be consumed in the room because there is no table or breakfast area). The room is small (as written in the description. The one I stayed in is great for one person in my opinion. Elide takes care of guests and responds to all requests and needs. For me it is an added value to be "really" in someone's home and not in large facilities or fake houses only used for tourist rentals. Depends on what you're looking for!

Very nice B&B with a very friendly family. Howard was beautiful and spotless clean with a nice small garden/terase where we were welcomed to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was also very good and varied with eggs, toast, home made Italian salads, butter, jams, fresh fruits and large variety of sweet patisseries. Also good Italian coffee, milk, yogurt and orange juice was served. Position was very good with private parking included and immediate proximity to the direct bus to Venice (45 min by bus till Piazza Roma). The only inconvenient is that there was no wardrobe or closet available for us, everything being already filled with clothes and other things of the host, so we needed to keep everything in our bags. However we only stayed 2 days so it was not such a big inconvenience, but for a longer stay that might be frustrating.

Every thing was perfect

Nicely located between Mestre main square for bars restaurants, and train station where we rented car on departure and close to bus stop for Venice. Room was very comfortable, great bed, pristine bathroom and place was very secure. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and had obviously put a lot of work into creating their B&B.

Lovely place, exactly as described in the perfect location. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again upon our next trip to Venice!!
