Holiday rentals with lake access in Venezia

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Helpful throughout! Very peaceful well equipped! The bed is comfortable and the covers are clean! The river and mill behind the house give you an unparalleled feeling! The city will remain an everlasting memory! There's a lot of good restaurants downtown and the market really feels like we're locals. I would choose this stay and place again anytime! I highly recommend Maria and Carlo's home. The house was just as described, very clean, and in a great location -- easy walking distance to any point in Venice. Maria and Carlo were fabulous hosts going out of their way to meet us at the dock, walk us to and through the home, and walk us around the area to ensure we knew where to go. They also provided recommendations for site seeing, food, and drinks. We utilized their recommendations many times and were very happy with their selections. They were also very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great stay in Ca Marin. the location was fantastic right on the canal with lots of restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery shop a minute walk up the canal which was really handy.

The place was very nice, when we first got our keys they explained and showed us everything, the apartment was very tidy. Alongside that, there were pizzerias, restaurants, a store very close, including a beach about 15 minutes away if you go on foot.

Pietro was so great, engaged so much in giving us different recommendations. Very friendly. The location is amazing and Pietro helped us to reserve a good parking place in the city. We were 5 people and the place was very good.

The apartment is beautiful with everything you need. Easily accessible by car and bus. Luca is very friendly, helpful, and responds to everything quickly. I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for peace of mind

My family of four loved staying at this beautiful, spacious apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is a great home base for exploring Venice. It was very warm but the air conditioning worked so well! We were really comfortable! Like almost every building in this ancient city, there was no elevator, but we navigated the stairs easily. Pietro is such a wonderful host and guided us through finding the apartment, giving us great tips for shopping and restaurants, and always being available for questions and support. We loved the terrace and spent each morning having our coffee and watching the city wake up. The evening sunsets were hauntingly beautiful. What a truly memorable stay!

The apartment is ideal for family holidays and a very good starting point for cycling trips, beach walks and boat trips. A bike and canoe rental is located nearby. You can drive about 20 minutes to the vaporetto stations towards Venice and the neighboring islands. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex, right on the lagoon of Venice. It has a nice layout, is modern and cozy. Benedetta had provided a nice welcome package with jams, cakes and toast. She was also very helpful when there was a strike. We would come back at any time.

Mauro's 0lace was so great! The location was fantastic, easy to get to from the waterbus. We loved staying right on the water and listening to the boats pass by - it was soothing and not noisy. It was an easy checking in, and communication was excellent. I hope to stay here again when we are in the area.
