Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Venice

Highly recommend staying at Andrea and Valentina’s home in Venice. The location is convenient from the main train station. Very large and spacious with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and hot tub were amazing additions - especially after tired legs from walking all day. Their home is so beautiful, I could spend all day sitting in their garden out back. And the front door opens right up to the canal. It was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The street was very pleasant and walkable. It was very calm and peaceful in the mornings and then livens up at night, but not loud at all once you’re inside. Andrea was very kind and communicative and offered tons of great local recommendations. This was our favorite part of our entire trip to Italy! We will definitely be back. 100% recommend staying here if you are coming to Venice. Grazie mille Andrea and Valentina!

Appartement superbe, fonctionnel et très propre. À proximité du grand canal et de la place saint Marc. Cette apparentement offre le cadre idéal pour découvrir Venise. Le jacuzzi nous a permis de savourer ce séjour encore plus.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Le logement est bien placé dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart mais à 15 min à pied des activités touristiques principales. Logement adapté pour accueillir une famille car les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. Bonne communication avec les hôtes. Merci pour tout !

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund, durften 4 Tage in dem Loft verbringen. Die modern eingerichtete Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Bus nach Venedig ist in 3, der Supermarkt in knapp 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf unsere Fragen zum Appartment erhielten wir rasch und kompetent Antwort. Ein außergewöhnliches Wohnerlebnis, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Une magnifique maison en plein centre de Venise! Complètement privé, l'espace de vie est réparti du plusieurs étages (comme les photos l'illustrent bien). Tout est propre et calme. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée (attention petit frigo et pas de four ni de lave vaisselle). Situé dans le quartier San Marco, tout est accessible à pied ! L'accueil à l'arrivée au vaporetto par Alessandra était très agréable. Bref une location de choix pour visiter Venise.

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte nella struttura di Alvise e possiamo confermare le tante recensioni positive. Avendo organizzato una gita a Venezia l alloggio è risultato la scelta perfetta per raggiungere per raggiungere la laguna con pochi minuti di un comodo treno. L alloggio si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e senza stress molto velocemente siamo arrivati destinazione. Il parcheggio all interno della struttura è stato comodissimo, la camera bella spaziosa e pulita e la colazione fantastica poiché molto curata con prodotti selezionati di qualità e a km 0. Super consigliato torneremo sicuramente!

Sono sempre alla ricerca di belle case per godermi il tempo con gli amici quando torno in Italia per pochi giorni, con questa villa abbiamo raggiunto il massimo livello di lusso, dato soprattutto dalla presenza di tante camere e tanti bagni. Torneremo sicuramente
