I offer venetian-styled double rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Venice Amazing House (Single Room free parking)

Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

It has a large double bed, TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating, wardrobe, table, chairs ... Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). Checkin and key collection takes place at a partner accommodation. (distance 700 meters) . City tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price.

ORO - Lovely room with bathroom

This nicely designed bedroom with ensuite bathroom is perfectly located to discover Venice; easily reachable from the railway and bus station, it's just few steps away from a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal, and close to all the main attractions. The bedroom is at the ground floor, on a quiet little street, very silent at night. Guests can also make use of the living area on the 1st floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen shared with the guests of the other bedrooms.

Ca' de la Carona - Ipnosi is a wonderful environment located in a historic building, in the main street of Chioggia with an incredible view of the bell tower of Sant'Andrea. It has been restored with a view to maintaining its authenticity.
