Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

St. Marks and Rialto are 15 minutes away. The bathroom is outside the room but its use is exclusive for this room. Double bed. For 2 single beds the request has to be done within 10:00 a.m on the arrival date

The room "Romantique Venise" has a double bed, self controlled air cond and heating, private bathroom inside the room with shower. Local tourist taxes will be paid at check in, the price from February to December is: €2.80 per person per night. For the month of January it is: €2 per person per night.

Including parking space, bicycles and in the summer, the property offers you a dressing room, umbrella and 2 sun loungers included in the price. We are 60 km. from Venice, reachable by public transport in an hour and a half. Breakfast at € 5.00 per person per day.
