Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay and very helpful Host right away . Very welcoming and easy to interpret hotel. Really great value . I recommend it to all couples who want to visit Venice . Only negative note if I can afford it, breakfast needs to be added , I think it's that extra touch that could make a difference . That said, the night spent with full marks , if I have to come back tomorrow, I'll definitely come to you .

Franco and Davide were wonderful to work with. They offered suggestions on transportation and restaurants nearby. Their B&B was exceptionally clean and cozy and we felt right at home. The breakfast had several offerings and was always ready for our early departures. The bus stop to go into Venice was close by and easy to navigate. We highly recommend their B&B and would absolutely stay their again, in fact we are staying with them again before departing Italy.

Very kind welcome by Anna and her daughter with a drink and many tips for dinner and day trips. Breakfast was very extensive. I particularly liked the opportunity to prepare different egg variations. A compliment also goes to the friendly breakfast service. In the room, the air conditioning could be set well for the night operation. If we come back to this area, we would like to stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 days with my husband and 18 month year old. We had such a wonderful time! It was in a great location. Very close to the airport. Fabrizio and Alla were very nice and helpful. I’m so glad we stayed here.

Basic accommodation in a peaceful and quiet area. No fridge / kettle in the room. Everything was clean.

we had a great time. Everything was as described. We felt very welcome and enjoy our stay. Its super familiar what we liked. The pool is awesome and the rooms very cozy. You can go super easy to Venezia from there. And please don’t forget to try the pizza 🤤 ✌🏼
