Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Chic studio with private entrance and roof terrace - free carpark and busstop in the front of the house - 10 min. to the train station - 7 min. by car to the state border -40 min. Dusseldorf -40 min. center Eindhoven The apartment has a private entrance. On the ground floor there are the fully bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen. On the upper floor is a large living room and bedroom with sofa bed, 2 chairs, table, wardrobe, Smart-TV w. WIFI and roof terrace. No pets and nonsmokers are welcome.

Lovely, non-smoking apartment with hot tub

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

The accommodation for up to 2 guests on the top floor is located in a residential area with inner city periphery adjacent to a park near the YAYLA Arena in Krefeld. Newly renovated non-smoking room with private bath and separate access to the staircase, very centrally located within walking distance of the Hofgarten, Rhein and the Altstadt. Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.
