Ihre Umgebung: Nur wenige Kilometer von der niederländischen Grenze entfernt liegt Nettetal mit dem Stadtteil Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet auf ca. 60 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen in 2 getrennten Doppelzimmern. Ausstattung: 2 Wohnschlafräume, Wohnküche, Bad/Dusche, Kabel-TV, Radio, Internet/W-LAN, Mikrowelle, Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive, kinderfreundlich, Nichtraucherwohnung, abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit, Gartennutzung, Grill, großer kostenfreier Parkplatz gegenüber dem Haus; Familien mit Kindern sind ebenso gern gesehene Gäste wie Ihr Haustier. Chic studio with private entrance and roof terrace - free carpark and busstop in the front of the house - 10 min. to the train station - 7 min. by car to the state border -40 min. Dusseldorf -40 min. center Eindhoven The apartment has a private entrance. On the ground floor there are the fully bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen. On the upper floor is a large living room and bedroom with sofa bed, 2 chairs, table, wardrobe, Smart-TV w. WIFI and roof terrace. No pets and nonsmokers are welcome.

Schöne, nichtraucher Wohnung mit Whirlpool

Die komplett renovierte Unterkunft liegt ca. 2 km von Alpen,9km von Xanten und 11km von Wesel entfernt ,am idyllischen Niederrhein.Zum Strandbad in Menzelen Ost sind es ca. 2 km. Die ganze Etage ist mit Naturkorkboden inklusive Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Box Springbett 1.8x2 Meter, kann man richtig schön relaxen. Die neue Küche ist komplett ausgestattet(Senseo Kaffeemaschine).Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für E Autos gibt es eine Wallbox zum Laden.

Ons fijne appartement bevindt zich op 10 minuten van het centrum van Roermond en outletcentrum en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het beschikt over een ruime slaapkamer met Norma boxspring bedden, een luxe badkamer (incl. wasmachine) en zonnige woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. Ook een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd. Ook geschikt voor zakelijk verblijf met een prima wifiverbinding.

Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. Don't forget to light up one of the (gas)fireplaces (indoor&out), lovely for quiet nights. BREAKFAST IS POSSIBLE AT EXTRA COSTS. Questions? Just let us know...
