It enjoys an unobstructed view of Versailles and its old market. At the foot of the building are restaurants, bars, all useful shops (food, pharmacy, bank, etc.) and the old market. The antique dealers' district is 50 metres from the building, and the Palace of Versailles is a 10–12-minute walk away.
