The middle house is a small jewel in rustic style, in a typical Tuscan village surrounded by greenery. A tiny house of about 30 square meters with double views of the outside (on the front a large garden shared with us, in the back a private, fresh and shaded courtyard). The middle house is relaxation, tranquility, nature, a beautiful view of Monte Gabberi, and why not? Also friendship. A place where you can share or stay in peace, in the shade of olive trees or on the couch with a good book.

The "Buena Vista" rural house has been renovated with views of the sea, lake and hills. The building is historic and was the town hall of the quiet village of Ricetro in the 1700s. Located 20 minutes from the beaches of Versilia and Pisa and 15 minutes from Lucca. It has a large open space, 2 double bedrooms, both with sea views and 2 bathrooms, one with a hot tub and a large reserved and free parking lot in front of the house. Outdoor space for dining and sunbathing with a sea view.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
