Located towards Kikut - 900 masl, only 3 km from Geilo city center, in an attractive residential area south of Geilo city center. In the spring of 2025, this apartment has received an extensive upgrade with a brand new tiled bathroom and new kitchen. The floors in the living room have been fitted with heating cables. The area offers various activities for all age groups, both summer and winter. Ski in/out at the cross-country ski trails. Short distance to hiking trails, biking and fishing experiences, disc golf, swimming. Pleasant patio with possibilities for fireplace and charcoal grill.

Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
