The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain.
