Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything at the cabin can be used, including the boat with an electric outboard motor, kayak and canoe. It is a sandy beach that is suitable for families with children. 10-12 metres out, there are good depth conditions. Good fishing opportunities, with different local fish species The TV is connected with Apple TV

The cabin is idyllically located by a lake, in great nature. Amazing hiking opportunities all year round. Road to the door. Free parking. Charging station for electric car. Installed water and electricity. Fast wifi. Kleberstein stove. Heat pump. Refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer and stove. Shower. Toilet. Sauna. It is only a 90-minute drive from Oslo and about a 1-hour drive from the cities of Drammen, Larvik, Sandefjord, Torp, Horten, Tønsberg and Skien. 2 hours from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. The place is lovely all year round.

Small cabin in a sunny courtyard.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and dishes. Small cottage located on a farm with stunning views of the Totak lake and the mountains. We live in one of the houses on the farm. Another house has two apartments that are rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In summer, there is access to tables, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of groomed ski slopes, 5 min away by car. 10 min to ski resorts. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car chargers. Great hiking terrain summer/autumn.

Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

The cottage is nestled among tall trees, with a private pier and red rowboat on the water's edge. A well-maintained path leads to the cottage's serene outdoor area, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil lake reflecting the beauty of its surroundings.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
