In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Cozy studio apartment with garden and direct access to Kongeskogen – near the beach, museums and city center Welcome to our newly renovated and charming basement apartment on beautiful Bygdøy – one of Oslo's most attractive areas. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, as well as a living room with a double sofa bed – which makes it well suited for up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance from the garden and is located right next to Kongeskogen, with direct access to trails and hiking terrain.

This modern residence is perfect for friends, couples or families with two spacious bedrooms with good double beds. There are possibilities for making up two more beds. Large kitchen with unique views. The house has a large veranda on the living room side with comfortable outdoor furniture and one on the kitchen side. Very nice bathroom with a tub. Possibilities for renting bicycles. The residence is close to the ski slope and nice hiking excursions. It only takes 30 minutes to Oslo by bus and train or 10 minutes to Sandvika city center.

Guest suite in villa area - 20 min to/from city center

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a detached house built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city center. The guest suite is 28 sqm and rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of a bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Also included in the rent are TV with chromecast, towels, bed linen and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 minutes takes you to Oslo city center. The bus runs every 15 minutes.

Cozy studio apartment near Sandefjord city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Newly renovated and fresh guest suite on Tromøy! Approx. 15 minutes drive from E-18 and Arendal city center is this cozy, private and detached apartment. The zoo is about 45 minutes away by car. The apartment is rural located on a courtyard, with a horse garden close to the apartment. Rowboat and jetty are included to visit the Tromlingene nature reserve as well as the archipelago. Motor can be rented for an additional fee. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us.

Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.
