Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Newly renovated - unique location - private bathroom and outdoor shower

Unique location by Randsfjorden and the amazing nature. Here you can recharge your batteries and take part in all the sights and activities for all ages that are nearby. You will arrive to ready-made beds, as well as towels. I'll take care of the house cleaning when you check out. But remember to wash the dishes. The cabin consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a large bedroom with a continental bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). There is an outhouse, as well as a shower in the form of a bath in Randsfjorden. Welcome!

Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes to Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla) - Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with combustion toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
