Our house is located in the locality of Le Couquet, municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot river and part of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the first floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

Cottage (French Chateau with private 47ha forest)

Maison en pierre indépendante, dans le jardin ouest du Château. De la terrasse, vous pouvez vous balader directement dans les bois privés de 47 hectares. Piscine de 9 x 4 mètres à quelques pas (ouverte en principe du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Il y a un poêle à bois (bois inclus) + chauffage electrique. Wifi depuis la maison, mais il y a également un bon signal 4G. Pensez "débranché, retour à la nature/à l'essentiel", à l'air pur, etc. Ski possible Le Lioran a 45min pendant janvier/fevrier/mars.

The appartement is fully self contained and offers wonderful views across the surrounding countryside towards Puy Mary and the Cantal mountains. It is comfortably furnished in a vintage style and offers a spacious salon, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, private terrace and use of the fabulous 11mx4m swimming pool (open June to September) There is private parking.

Artificial lakes 20 km away offer beaches equipped for swimming. The gîte, a stone house from the 1800s, retains its coolness throughout the summer. The gîte now has a swimming pool shared by the 2 gîtes. The pool will be available from May to October

Wooden chalet with splendid views of the Truyère Gorges, in a Natura 2000 area for birds. Access is via a 1 km dirt road. Unusual and isolated place located in the Cantal in the middle of wild and preserved nature, you can hear the deer rut during the months of September and October. The river will delight both experienced and beginner fishermen. The chalet has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large fully equipped terrace.

The property offers privacy, tranquility and comfort, in the wild nature of the classified site of the Dourdou Gorges. Household linen rental possible (sheets and towels): €10 per person/stay.
