This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and wash basin , and a separate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spacious studio, and access to your private spacious terrace.

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a character villa located in the Balmoral district above the city of Spa (3 km). The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace. My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and Stavelot city center. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as is the Spa-francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood, and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids (possibility to add a folding bed and/or cot).
