Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

A pack and play is included for infant needs. One reserved parking spot.

Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Our home is located in LANGFORD, a 25-45 minute drive from downtown Victoria, British Columbia in the West Shore. Our comfortable suite is located on the ground floor of our home. Guests tell us it's a well-equipped and relaxing space. Located on a suburban street close to shopping and restaurants but A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
