This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

The house is located 700 meters from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and with a view of the sea. On the lower floor is the living room with 40 m2 with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor is a suite bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed underneath the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The garden is fenced in. The house has a shelter for a car and there are always free parking spots on the street. My place is good for families (with kids). Alternatively, there is a key lockbox The house is located on a green and quiet hill, in one of the most elegant areas of Estoril, a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Completely renovated old house, inaugurated on June 15, 2018. Like the Cork Oak tree House, the Cork Oak Tree House 2 is set in a small family farm surrounded by vineyards and wineries with excellent wines from the Alenquer and Torres Vedras region (European wine capital in 2018). In the countryside, it is, however, close to highways, hypermarkets, Lisbon, the beaches (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche and Nazaré) and tourist attractions to visit (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima and Santarém). As one guest has already mentioned: "In the middle of nowhere but close enough to everything."
