Monthly Rentals in Vila Verde dos Francos

I had the BEST time at Diane's rustic cottage! It is a dream destination for anyone looking for some peace and quiet and to really merge with the nature without feeling too cut out from the civilization. I spent an entire month there focusing mostly on creative writing and I really enjoyed the fact that there are so many places to hang out both inside the cottage and outside - in the courtyard, by the swings or by the pond with the wild turtles. There are also quite many friendly and curious cats but if you're allergic like me, you can just keep them away with a water spray and have no problem at all. Diane is a wonderful host - friendly, warm, caring and made me feel very much at home. Her daughter Skye is also lovely and likes to sing - you get plus points if you like Taylor Swift (and play the guitar)! If I ever return to this part of Portugal, I'd definitely stay there again.

first of all I want to thank Maria for your kindness her responsiveness about our every question. we found an amazing house full of life we spent evenings playing ping pong, the garden is amazing and the lemons are excellent we were even able to play pétanque, the view of the mountain and beautiful it's never the same according to the weather I highly recommend it we can't wait to go back for a little longer period

Rita has a beautiful little house that only comes in gives very good vibes, it has all kinds of details and the tranquility and silence of the area is the rest. a pleasure to spend a week in that beautiful little house.
