A beautiful apartment, spaciousness and brightness are its basic characteristics. It is located in a very quiet area and within reach of everything. It is located 100 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the beach walking along a really beautiful promenade. You have a supermarket nearby and Mount Anaga is a 15-minute drive away. Its main features are the sun it receives and the tranquility it offers. Ideal for spending a few days disconnected from everything.

One of the things that makes this place unique is that it is above the sea with incredible views throughout the house.
