It has 3 large bedrooms (1 double, and 2 doubles that can also be twins), 2 wet rooms and 1 bathroom. Open plan kitchen/living room. Under floor heating throughout. The village chairlift is only 200m away and is part of the vast Les Arcs - Paradiski area. Villaroger has some excellent terrain above it and links directly into Les Arcs 2000.

Inspired by traditional Savoyard chalets made of stone, wood and lauze roofing, but resolutely modern, Chalet Alma, with its southern exposure and entirely glazed façade, has a unique view of Mont-Pourri and its eternal snow at 3,779m. Inaugurated in July 2021.

Renovated Alpine Chalet La Sassière - La Vanoise

Rent for this summer a splendid alpine chalet on the Sassière plateau - Haute Tarentaise (altitude 2050m) near the Refuge du Ruitor - commune of Sainte Foy Tarentaise (73640). This renovated chalet offers a good level of comfort for 8 people. Regulated access is via a track, with a vehicle that I leave available between Pierre Giret's parking lot and the chalet. Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday. The setting is out of the ordinary, in this beautiful untouched setting.

The property has a ski locker.

The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the TGV station of Bourg St Maurice on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass, as well as on the route of the Grandes Alpes. The price includes all bed and bath linens as well coffee, tea, cappuccino and herbal tea for your breakfast for one or more nights.
