Our Périgord-style family home invites you to enjoy the good life. Nestled in 15 hectares of unspoilt natural surroundings, close to the Lot River, the cycle route and some of the most beautiful bastides, it offers an ideal wooded setting where you can recharge your batteries in complete tranquillity. Tastefully renovated, spacious and cosy, it combines charm, comfort and elegance. The house comprises 5 bedrooms, including 1 en-suite, 3 shower rooms, fitted kitchens, living rooms, and a reception/dining room opening onto the terrace, as well as a large swimming pool and sun loungers.

Want to recharge your batteries in the countryside, my accommodation is for you. Want to discover our heritage, you will be close to the 4 of the most beautiful villages in France that are Pujols, Penne d'Agenais, Monflanquin and Tournon d'Agenais. 30 minutes from the medieval castle of Bonaguil and Biron. You will find a fully equipped accommodation with air conditioning (SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, washing machine) garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Linens are provided.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre heated swimming pool from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)
