Our cottage is beautiful and functional, large kitchen, large living room, each bedroom is equipped with its own shower room. The location of the gite Mandraud 5 hectares fenced location countryside with the village within walking distance you will find all the shops Bar restaurant grocery store newspapers tobacco pharmacy doctor local products ect... From the pool direct access to the boulodrome ... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property...we are on site for services and information.

Millers cottage is an old stone cottage set in 18 acres of private grounds of the domaine of Seguinet. Exclusive use of the adjacent, 7 by 3 m heated private swimming pool with deck, outdoor seating. There are two bedrooms suitable for couples or a family. There is a lake with a boat for your use. The garden has areas set up for badminton, swings and table tennis. It is close to bastide towns, vineyards and fabulous countryside. It has family-friendly activities, markets and restaurants.

L'Heritier is a tranquil idyll in rural South West France, near to the bustling market towns of Villeréal and Monpazier. Cosy cottage with dip pool (open from June) and wood burning hot tub, sleeps up to 6 including children but 4 adults max. Minimum stay 3 nights, in the beautiful countryside just outside the walls of Monpazier, which has the title “one of the most beautiful villages in France".
