This room is equipped with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed with sheets, pillows and duvets, a large closet with a wardrobe and shelves. The attic bathroom is shared with guests and is located on the same floor. It includes two sinks, shower, bathtub, closet with bath towels.

The gite is located in a hamlet house, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Gers countryside called "Little French Tuscany" for its valleys and beautiful villages. You can have breakfast in your garden area and enjoy the view of the countryside and the Pyrenees, or in the gite area reserved for our guests. For swimming, a nautical base is 5 km away where you can also do jetski, towed buoy, flyboard, paddle and a great aquapark.

You will stay in a building built in 1866. This old lime factory, renovated by us, offers a comfortable suite of 35 m2 with its 3 queen size beds, its living room and its bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available to cook your meals and will be shared with the other 2 guest rooms. Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Guests can enjoy a fenced, green and landscaped garden with parking and relaxation areas.

Welcome to Laspicardes, Périgourdine house located in the countryside, quiet but close to Villeréal, 12th century Bastide, and Issigeac, a very pretty medieval village. A great place to rest easy and freshen up. Less than 30 minutes from Bergerac and its vineyards. Two bedrooms are available, check the calendars for bedroom 1 or bedroom 2. This space may not be safe or suitable for children or infants.
