Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin and offers Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a proper 18-cm mattress), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, and a shower room with a separate shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available.
