Our house is located on the left bank, a stone's throw from the old bridge of Blois in a very quiet area. Within walking distance to the historic center and the castle. Free shuttle from the train station to access the cottage and the city if needed. You will have a private garage close to the house. Redesigned and refurbished to combine the charm of the old with a comfortable setting and practical amenities, you will appreciate its unoverlooked courtyard. All shops nearby.

The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.
