Located in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region, between Blois and Chambord, this renovated 40 m² flat for 2 people is on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance, an enclosed courtyard and a parking space. Quiet area, easily accessible, 10 minutes from the A10 motorway exit and also from the historic centre of Blois, 5 minutes' walk from shops (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, tobacconist). The south bank of the Loire and access to the Loire à Vélo cycle path are close to the property.

Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Our fully restored family home is in a great location in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire region. 10 min. from Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. 40 min away you will discover the Clos Lucé, Chaumont, Amboise... as well as the Beauval Zoo or even center park. The house is in a quiet and family-friendly area, close to amenities: bakery, tobacco/press 2 min walk. Supermarket / pharmacy 5 min drive. A stay between city and countryside on the wine route and the Loire by bike.

Nice comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. On the terrace: hammock, kitchenette (fridge, induction cooktop, microwave). Heating, fan. sheets, towels and some dishes provided. In a quiet little valley in the middle of the Loire Valley castles. Possibility of breakfast for 8 euros, couple 15 euros, child 5 euros, in a common breakfast room. Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

Charming 44m2 apartment with modern decoration. The Gervaisien apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The living room with open kitchen calls for conviviality while the separate bedroom will provide you with complete privacy.
