Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Raspoloživa je za 14 osoba +2 pomoćna ležaja. Unutrašnji prostor zauzima 500 m kvadratnih i 2000 metara kvadratnih prirodne parcele koja pruža dodatni ugođaj.Travnjaku se nalaze nogometni golovi, trampolin , ljuljačka i kamin . U prizemlju objekta smješten je prostrani dnevni dio sa kuhinjom i blagavaonicom modernih linija izlazom na veliku terasu 100 m kvadratnih na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i pavilion.Također se na prizemlju nalazi i welness iz kojeg se preko velikih staklenih stijena pruža pogled na bazen , terase i zelenilo.Bazen je veličine 48 m kvadratnih od toga dio je za djecu dubine 0.5 m i za odrasle dubine 1.5 m kvadratnih te posjeduje hidromasažu. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na katu kuće nalazi se radna soba , 4 sobe sa kupaonicama svaka soba sa izlazom na terasu i 1 soba u mansardi. Kuća je klimatizirana a sve prostorije raspolažu sa centralnim grijanjem. Osim unutrašnjeg stepeništa, etaže su međusobno povezane liftom . Velike natkrivene terase daljnja su posebitost ovog objekta. Kuća se nalazi blizu marine , ali i svih drugih zanimljivih sadržaja kao i centra drevne Pule koji obiluje kulturno povijesnim znamenitostima. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. House is situated in very quiet location near the wood, just 3 km from center of Pula and 2 km from the beach (both few minutes by car or bike). It has 800 m2 of yard which is fenced. In the yard children can enjoy 3 m wide trampoline, swings and slides. House is completely new, new equipped and modern decorated. Your days will begin with the chirping of birds and ends relaxing in whirlpool for 6 people with stereo, with a view of the starry sky. House has three bedrooms, two bathroom, living room, large equipped kitchen, dining room and large terrace. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third has bunk bed. Both bathrooms have shower and in large bathroom are also tub, bidet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary things. In living room is comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy in smart tv, hifi or wireless internet. Complete house is covered with a cooling devices that will make your stay enjoyable. In terrace is table with six chairs, football table and in backyard are barbecue, shower and whirlpool. We offer in price 4 bikes.
