Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex in the municipality of Varna, less than 2 km from the beautiful historic center of Bressanone. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck.
