One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. This apartment also features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Welcome to our green oasis above Vahrn. Here you are surrounded by vineyards and forests. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!
