A haven of calm in the heart of a rural hamlet, you will succumb to the charm of this restored farmhouse in the Angevin style. This 70 m² maisonette, with a very pleasant garden, is next door to the owners' property. It is located 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the historic centre of Saumur. You can visit the castle, the Armoured Vehicle Museum, the Cadre Noir of Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, ride a vintage bike, explore the Loire wine cellars, and more. Bed and house linen is not provided.

On the ground floor, a 30 m2 living room (kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine) and adjoining cellar. On the 1st floor, master suite (dressing room and bathroom). On the 2nd floor, two small bedrooms in a row and a small shower room. The whole is adjacent to our property. Possibility of access to the park (shared space), Presence of animals (dog, goats, chickens...)

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)
