Cosy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (aged 1, 8 and 10) on the neighbouring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is suitable for 1 to 2 people (possibly 3 people, but only upon prior request). Use of the sofa bed on request and with a surcharge on site) [Our text is long because we want to mention all the relevant information. Please read carefully and ask if necessary to avoid any misunderstandings.]

One-like half-timbered skate on the ground floor

The unique half-timbered skate is a 450-year-old half-timbered barn that has been remodeled for residential purposes. The roof truss and clean cover had to be renewed. Since sheep stables have the property to have a small ceiling height, the small cottage had to be built up 1 m. An estimated 400 new wooden nails have been handmade to get the truss of its ancient look. The old sheepfold floor also found its application in the outer base and as an exterior trim.

The 1-room basement flat (45 m²) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus route 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can access the flat via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Small children are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Our ecologically built duplex apartment (2010) not only impresses with its central location, but also the processing of a lot of wood and the large windows give it an unmistakable charm. The sun can be enjoyed with a cup of tea both in the kitchen overlooking the countryside and on the balcony from the top. Das Phantastische Atelier ist Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses, verfügt aber über einen separaten Zugang. Parken kannst du bequem auf dem Grundstück.

Perfect for 4-6 guests, it offers 2 beds (140 x 200 cm / 160 x 140 cm) and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and private bathroom. Restaurants, cafes and attractions are very close. Apartment N° 11 on the 4th floor (elevator) with fast Wi-Fi and Magenta TV and the practical washing machine in the house provide amenities at a high standard.

Our apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room, as well as a terrace with a loggia and flower garden. The apartment has a parking space and a shared bicycle room. The apartment is suitable for two to max. three people - for three people, the sofa bed in the living room can be used as a sleeping facility. Baby bed on request. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

Kick back & relax in our stylish apartment. Our house is located on the edge of a wonderful large forest area. The Green Eagle golf course is only 4 km away. Lüneburg and Hamburg are close and can be reached quickly both by train and by car. The apartment is on the second floor with an amazing view of our beautiful large courtyard. Each room has been lovingly designed by us with many details.

Located in the Ochtmissen district, 2 kilometers from the old town of Lüneburg, which is easily accessible by car or bicycle, but also by bus. Supermarkets are 1-2 kilometers away. Opposite, a forest with a small game reserve invites you to take a walk. The one-room apartment (26 m²) is accessed through a separate entrance. In it, 2 guests (possibly + 1 child by arrangement) enough space.
