What sets this unique apartment apart the most: The incomparably beautiful view, both from the spacious balcony over Franconian Switzerland, as well as from the pergola in front of the entrance door over the festival and university city of Bayreuth. Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.

Our apartment is ideal for 2 people, it is also suitable for 4 people. It is full equipped. There is still something for you in the fridge :-) There is one double bed in the bedroom and an additional double bed (sofa-bed) in the kitchen. It is in the 3-rd floor in a very nice art Nouveau style house.
