Abritant l’ancien puit du village, cette ferme entièrement rénovée est devenue une maison de ville réellement atypique, et écologique grâce à sa toiture solaire. Logement lumineux, spacieux (150m2) et climatisé à seulement 20 minutes de Lyon, Vienne. Venez découvrir cette rénovation sobre et contemporaine, alliée au charme de l’ancien, et mêlant habilement le bois, la pierre, le métal. Avec comme grands plus : sa salle cinéma, son patio intérieur ambiance tropicale, et son jacuzzi gonflable.

Le chalet de la prairie

le chalet se trouve dans un secteur très calme entouré de bois avec des parcours de promenade dans la forêt à 200 mètres. Nouveau horaire d’arrivée 19h et départ 14h pour plus de souplesse suite à une forte demande 😉 Terrasse extérieur couverte avec canapé et fauteuil pour une bonne détente. Nous sommes à 45 min des premières stations de ski. Notre habitation se trouve à 10mètres donc nous serons vous conseiller et serons très réactifs en cas de problème. Il ne reste plus qu’à réserver 😊..

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.
