Monthly Rentals in Volant

What a beautiful Airbnb! Our family group from Georgia had the best time staying here for the wedding celebration and family reunion that occurred all last week. Ed & Gina have included so many details that other Airbnb homes often don’t like tons of Nice towels, pot holders, extra sheets, the basic spices & oil to cook with etc. They even had a pack in play with extra mattresses which our older 3 old used to sleep on. Gina had many nice decor items but was very understanding of our three young kids and let me put anything breakable or tempting out of their reach. It was a slight inconvenience to not have a dishwasher or washer and dryer but since we were visiting with our local family, it wasn’t a problem to hand wash dishes or do laundry at their home. The house and *especially* the views were gorgeous! The deck, chairs, fire pit, yard games, and outdoor touches were great! I could get used to living there especially to be close to our local family & enjoying that view. 🤩🤩5 stars!

The cottage was just perfect for our stay. It is a private setting along the river. It had everything we needed and true to the pictures. Lights were labeled and heating/cooling available to our liking. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and watch the wildlife. Wish we would have been able to stay longer and appreciate our super hosts!

This cabin sits right next to a creek not far from Volant township in one direction and Rachel’s restaurant and Cobble Haus Brewery in the other direction. The cabin is quant and decorated mid-century modern and is very private and quiet. The only people you might see are fisherman in the creek which we enjoyed watching. My mom has some mobility issues and was able to walk up the two steps to the front door and then there were no steps inside unless she wanted to go into the sunroom. It worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Jennifer is super communicative, friendly, and helpful. Only odd thing worth noting - Jennifer was upfront that the primary bedroom shower has a very small instant hot water heater. All four of us ended up using the hallway bathroom for showers. It was not an issue for the four of us as two took showers at night two in the morning, but it could be an issue for other people.

Clean and comfortable. I had a great overnight for a business trip. Just what I needed.
