The house is located in a convenient position to reach the Verona Fair. A bicycle storage is also available. From 1 November to 31 May heating costs are not included.

Immersed in the greenery of Mount Baldo and surrounded by the silence of the woods, at Casa del Bosco, tranquility, rest and relaxation are guaranteed. We are located in San Zeno di Montagna, a small town overlooking Lake Garda as a natural balcony, about ten minutes from the lake beaches and a few kilometers away from Verona. The apartment "Giardino degli Ulivi" is a rustic Tuscan style property surrounded by nature. We provide a ground floor apartment, consists of kitchen, living room with sofa overlooking the porch, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (on request becomes double bed), a bathroom, terrace overlooking the garden with olive trees. Just a few minutes from the Affi exit of the A22. A strategic position to reach in 5 minutes, Lake Garda and the mountains.

The apartment, recently renovated, offers two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a third room with the possibility of setting up an additional single bed. The kitchen is large and bright. Various appliances and utensils are available, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave oven, a moka coffee pot... The climate is independent. There is a private garage, 7 m long and 2.60 m wide.
