Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
