Please inform yourself on the internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes, even in summer. The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Our house is free between fields, forest and meadows set in beautiful countryside. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large kitchen-living room, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard grounds, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" is quickly accessible.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
