I offer a fully equipped studio for two people, with kitchenette (fridge, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, tea towel...). Living area with a 2-seater sofa and coffee table, as well as 2 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi connection, small wardrobe, bathroom with shower, bathroom mat (towel not provided) and toilet. A 140 cm bed is made upon arrival. Terrace with 1 table and 2 chairs Consumables are at your expense.

Independent studio by the river in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, 15 minutes from the center of Angoulême. The accommodation and access are completely autonomous, private terrace and common garden.
