From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 m²) with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a sleeping area. You can use the large garden to relax. You can reach Munich Central Station in about 60 minutes by bus and train (services from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The bus runs hourly to Hilgertshausen on weekdays, and only every two hours on weekends and public holidays.
