( suitable for couples, small adult groups and children over 12 ) Soak up the peaceful ambience in our beautiful wood-fired hot tub or go for a short walk to our lovely creek where our pet eels are plentiful and enjoy being hand fed.

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with its contemporary art deco interior design and bold furnishings. The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that a trundler bed can be brought in & is located in the main living space which is subject to noise from little feet above.

The Bus Depot is a rustic retreat overlooking the beautiful firth of Thames. A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.
